Haha...just felt like saying that cause I was just listening to them. :-)
So first ride on the bus went well! Ended up next to a girl who is actually in my class!! Sat down...we both pull out our English course packs and are like...heyyyy! Haha So that was nice. Got lots of reading done on the way up which made me happy because I thought I would feel car sick (or I guess...bus sick) but I didn't! So that makes me happy.
My poor Lady bug...yes, I changed my car's name. It's lady bug now. She was taken to the doctors today. Was there from 3:00-6:00pm. She had a sensor fail which was causing it to only inject 25% of the fuel at all times instead of adjusting to whatever speed I was going type of thing. And so they fixed that ($400) and then it was still acting funny and so they said it might be a cable on my battery gone bad. So they checked that and it was true ($100). So about $505 to fix my car...the $5 was for a new flower vase. :-) And my drivers side door doesn't unlock when you press the button so I have to go actually unlock it. We asked about how much that would cost and that would be about $500 to fix. And then asked about my headlight. And they said it was working. I was like...no its not. So they said that probably means that it is not the bulb (obviously) and that bugs have problems with the belt that....has something to do with the light. And part of it melts and so it like welds itself together and then will un-weld itself...and then weld again....explaining why it was working when they checked it. That costs about $500 to fix. So...we're going to wait like a month (cross my fingers not to get a ticket) to fix the headlight and I'm going to have to continue dealing with unlocking my door and not being able to press the button. So I get my baby back tomorrow night. YAY!
Although it makes things complicated not having a car. But I figured things out. So...tomorrow. Taking the bus again (meaning I get to wake up at 5:45am again! ick.) and then drive back with Peter to ASL (did I mention I am IN LOVE with signing? I have missed it SO STINKING BAD!!) and then I'll drive back up to Seattle with Peter so I can see me boyyyyyyyfriend!!! :-) So excited...we haven't really gotten to hang out much since we've actually been dating. Which is sad. So...I'm extremely excited and almost want to go to sleep now so that time will go by faster so that I get to see him sooner...hahaha But I have to study more so that won't work. And then mommy will either come pick me up or I'm spending the night with Brynn at her new apartment and help her unpack some more. Still have to figure that one out.
Oh..so ASL. We are going to have this sweet awesome amazingly fun project!! Peter doesn't think it is...but I do. So there is a vast majority of deaf and blind people out there...sooo...we are having a project having to do with that. We are going to get in groups..wear blindfolds and ear plugs and go around campus. And so...because of being deaf and blind as well, that means that when you sign to that person, you have to sign in their hands so that they can feel what you are singing since they cannot see it. Makes it very complicated and hard but...I think it will be really fun to actually experience that. And...just fun walking around campus looking stupid as well. hahaha I missed signing. During my Comparative literature class Peter and I kept signing things back and forth because it was too quiet to try to whisper. It was soooooo fun and soooo handy! :-)
Anyways...need to go read 2 articles for Comparative Literature, as well as an article for English (might read that on the bus though) and then read my bible! And then bedtime for me.
Wow. Long blog tonight. :-)
