I cannot believe I have yet to break out my camera and take pictures. I have no clue what is wrong with me. I finally pulled my guitar out (yes...I brought it up) and played a little bit today. Not very long at all. I feel so rusty cause I haven't been playing. Same with piano. I kind of want to take lessons again - but do not have the time.

So...my daddy worked for Wamu - now JP Morgan. So if you think of the financial situation with that company keep my family in your prayers because we do not know what is going to happen. He interviewed for another job within the company today but everything is kind of on hold. I know the Lord will provide and has it in His control - but prayers are greatly appreciated! :-)

My grandpa had surgery on his foot today! And as far as I know it went well but was a little more complicated then they thought it would be. So also if you think of it keep him in your prayers as it is going to be a very long recovery.

Other then that...life has been pretty good. I'm enjoying the house I'm living in! The girls are amazing and I enjoy getting to know any and every little thing about them and developing relationships with them. The Lord keeps throwing me curve balls - I like it though. Keeps me on my toes. haha So to speak... I adore my small group. At first I wasn't sure how it would go but I am LOVING it! We are studying the first 5 chapters of Mark this quarter. So that will be fun. We'll really be able to dissect it and since we have so little to study it leaves a lot of time for us to share and pray for each other. We are going to have a full day (the 12th) where all of us can share our testimony's with each other (there are 5 girls plus a older woman lady who is our mentor). It's really really cool. I'm so excited to see how God works through the small group in all our lives.

School is good. Not too much homework yet although I see it slowly creeping on in the near future. I love my one journalism class. Today we had 3 Journalists come and talk to us (From the P-I, News Weekly and The Stranger). And we got to pick their brains about blogs! All of us are going to be picking topics (or already picked...most of us) to be writing about in our blog once a week the whole quarter. So we were finding out from them what makes a good blog and stuff like that. It was incredibly interesting! Mine might be a "The Office" blog (like...the TV show!). So I might post a link on here at some point. But I'm not sold on my idea. So if anyone has any good ideas they think I would like to write about..let me know!! (I have to figure it out by 5pm Saturday).
