Hmm...Haven't written in here in a log time. I thought I would because I seem to have a lot of time on my hands now. Gives me something to do. So yesterday was a crazy day. Well, crazy is not the right word...closer to a horrible day. Got up and was planning on carpooling with Peter and Brynn. But Brynn was sick so she wasn't going to go. So I drove up with Peter. I dropped him off at his house and drove down to the park and ride. Slid my new husky card (Stinking $30.00 to replace it cause I lost it!!) and...it says "insufficient funds". I'm like..uh..no. Mom put money on it for me this morning. Try again... "Insufficient Funds." Ok...what now? I figure out how to get out of the stupid thing cause it makes it impossible to get out. And I have no phone so I book it back up to Peter's. Thank goodness parker was outside, he called Peter down. There were no parking spots at Peter's...so we put my car in what isnt a parking spot! So they have this one spot they cant use cause some guy pays to use it. And so I drove through that spot and parked sideways like, across by their back door. hahaha So left it there and walked to class. Ended up being late to class because I started getting really bad cramps.
Made it through class and I was probably one of the only smart students who took the time to answer #14 on the exercise which you couldnt answer outside of class. Walked to communications and made it about an hour and fifteen minutes through the lecture when I decide I cannot sit there any longer because I was in so much pain and felt so dizzy and shaky. I couldn't even take notes my hands were shaking so bad! So I leave my stuff, grab my wallet and decide to go to the bathroom. I get to the elevator and change my mind and decide I better find a pay phone to call mom or Peter because I knew I wasn't going to make it to the bathroom and a pay phone. So I walk out of Kane and across into Suzzalo. I ask the guy at the counter where the nearest pay phone is. He gave me the biggest look of sympathy. I think he knew I felt sick hence my shaky voice and very very pale face.
So he told me it was all the way down the hall, and down the stairs into Allen. So I head down the hall...felt to sick to make it so I went into the bathroom and sat for twenty minutes. Finally make myself get up and walk to the phone, which is in this little cubby thing. I basically collapse on the floor, reach up and pick up the phone and figure out how to dial out (it actually wasn't a pay phone...you just had to limit your calls to ten minutes). I call mom...tell her I'm basically stuck in the floor by this phone and my stuff is in my classroom and I couldnt move cause I felt so faint and was in so much pain. She says she'll head up to get me and she'll call Peter. So she calls Peter, I call Peter and leave a message...he's in class. So I keep calling mom randomly and finally Peter shows up. He goes in search of my stuff in my classroom. I made it to a little chair/couch/wooden thing and layed down. Got really strange looks but I didn't care. He couldn't find my classroom so I managed to walk back with him and made him walk in a class of 400 people and grab my pink back pack and red coat. hahaha So then mom shows up...with the dogs. Finally. Headed home. Left my car at Peters.
So we made it home after stopping for Arby's and taking the dogs to the bathroom at a park. I climbed into pajamas and crashed on the couch. The rest of my day consisted of working on my portfolio for General Studies which is due tomorrow, working on my website (www.rebekkanne.com) which is coming along pretty nicely for using a pretty sucky program to create it. Still under construction, and then watched a ton of TV and played a bunch of games off of the Yahoo Games page. Oh, and of course Facebook and Myspace. Yup. That was my yesterday. I couldn't sleep last night either. And once I finally got to sleep my stupid cat woke me up like 10 times in the night.
That is the banner for my website. I kind of like it. :-) Anyways, that's all for now. Maybe write more tonight after I'm home and finish my Portfolio.
