Website Frustration

I feel like I have so much I could write in here about the past few weeks, but I don't have the energy or desire really to sit here and write about it all. haha Like, I want to...but I know I'm being lazy. But maybe that is because I've been feeling sick today. So today was going to be cleaning day! And I was sooo excited to be able to get the house clean for mom and have her come home and just be so happy that she didn't have to do it all and that she could just focus on preparing food for the Holmes coming over tomorrow and then the McMurdo's on Sunday. So, I got to vacuuming. I did the kitchen, the dinning room, the family room (basically the whole upstairs)...even just took the small part of the vacuume and went all over into the corners and right around furniture and was very particular about it! And once I finished I felt very very warm (the house isn't that warm though!) and started feeling very very sick. So I went and layed down for about two hours and couldn't get back up because I felt like throwing up so strongly and felt so dizzy! I do not have any clue why! So once I woke up from sleeping for a bit on the couch with Diesel cuddled up with me I asked daddy to make me some tomato soup, which he did. Then after eating I felt better. Then mom phones and says she was on her way home. I felt sooo disappointed because I really wanted this place to be shinning when she got home! So I ran upstairs (despite feeling sick) and pulled out the vinegar, the mop and some towels. Filled the sink with vinegar and water and managed to mop all of the wood floors upstairs and the stairs and dry them all just before she got home. And then was able to be cleaning the fridge and the kitchen counters when she walked in the door. She was really happy with what I had gotten done..and also daddy! He swept and fixed all the fringes on the carpet, and Peter tidied up his room. But I was kind of sad and disappointed because I had wanted to get so much more done. But I got what I could done.

I still feel sick. Ate dinner and am now on the couch. I've been playing with pictures for several hours...editing. And also I've been spending a lot of time trying to create a better photography website. I want something really artsy and just...fresh looking. I don't like the one I made. I figured out with photoshop it will create thumbnails for you and it looks pretty sweet awesome. So I wanted to try to cheat and use that and then add that into my website but I'm having a difficult time making them look the same. I'm trying to just find a cool template which I could use and then add in the thumbnails from photoshop but it's not really working. I'm kind of disappointed with that too because I've been searching all evening and haven't found anything! Dad is trying to help me but I don't think he is having any luck either. If only I had a mac...stupid people who have macs...cheaters! :-p! hahaha Don't mind my envy or *ahem* hate for those people. hahah No really, I'm just jealous is all. But maybe a webpage that takes hours and hours to make would be better? Nope. Doesn't look half as good. Sucky. Oh well.

Ok I'm done with my complaining and being sarcastic! haha Sooooo Christmas at my Uncle David's was awesome! I got a Hobo purse with a Clark label. Basically....it is an name brand very awesome cool sweet purse that is worth alot!! Deborah...or uh...Larry got it for me (Larry drew my name but we all know Deborah was the one who bought it...haha). So I was pretty excited. And I had printed off pictures for everyone in the family from Jessica and Jason's wedding and framed at least one for each family. I had everyone open them at the same time and I think they were all surprised that I put so much time and money into it. I was really glad they all liked it. I also put my laptop out and had a slide show of all the wedding pictures. Everyone told me that I need to be doing photography...I'm starting to agree with them. I love taking pictures and editing so much! I really do want to go somewhere with it. So I'm still editing my 1,500 wedding pictures. I'll get them out on the web eventually. I have some pictures from Christmas too that I need to get up. And who knows what else. haha :-) I'm a photoholic.

I'm excited to go see National Treasure tomorrow and have the Holmes over! I haven't seen them in so long. It should be pretty fun. :-) And then on Sunday we're having the McMurdo's over for dinner and a movie and some games. That should be pretty fun too. I'm just excited to have people over and hang out. I love people and visiting. haha Ohhh..Patti asked me to teach Sunday School during the month of January. So I'm teaching 4th-6th grade girls during the Family Bible hour all next month!!! I have to have someone cover for me the first few minutes the first Sunday because my worship team is playing but mom said she would do it so that shouldn't be a problem. I'm already going through the lesson plan because I want to be prepared! Soooo nervous! haha :-) But it should be fun. I love girls at that age...they are so fun and, easy to teach! They soak up everything...it's wonderful to be able to teach them about the Lord.

Well, I think I have written much much more then planned tonight! haha So I am off to get some cheesecake that I made yesterday (making another one tomorrow!) and am going to go hang out with Peter and Kyle H upstairs and maybe edit some more pictures or get more frustrated with my website. haha Goodnight all.
